What a treat! We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kerr during his visit to Friday Harbor. Mr. Kerr is very good friends with Chef Tom French, who is implementing the wonderful new food program at Friday Harbor High School and Middle School. Known as the "Experience Food Project", this new food program is getting rave reviews from the entire student body.
Mr. Kerr sat down with Lisa's daughter Toni Mollica, who interviewed the famous chef about his involvement in the program as part of her senior class project. Toni's video documentary should be finished in December, and will be available for viewing here.
